I have had two appointments with Randy Banks, PA-C for skin issues, and had very positive experience both times. Besides a very formidable background in terms of education and experience, Mr. Banks communicated clearly and comprehensively regarding my skin issues. I have been very satisfied with the treatment I have received, and recommend Mr. Banks to others who need dermatological care.

I had a similar experience as that described by Neil. I made an appointment to see a DOCTOR regarding a painful growth on my ear and have it treated or removed. After being shown to an exam room, a Physician's Assistant came in and introduced himself. I thought he was just doing a preliminary exam until the doctor was available. He took a look at my ear, made his diagnosis, and stated the options of freezing it or shaving it. It had been frozen on a few occasions but kept coming back, so I agreed to have it shaved. A nurse administered a local antithetic, the Physician's Assistant cut off a piece of the ear, and sent it off for a biopsy. I NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR.
About a week or so later, when the scab had fallen off, the condition still persisted. I contacted the office to inform them that the problem was not remedied. They scheduled a follow-up appointment and assured me that I would see a DOCTOR then. When I arrived for the appointment and presented them with my insurance card, I was informed that they do not accept my insurance. I HAVE NEVER MET THE DOCTOR.
On my first visit, I paid my co-pay. I then paid for an unnecessary biopsy. They now continue to hound me to pay for a service which was never rendered.

Terrible experience with these guys. I went to Rosario Skin Clinic to get a wart removed from my hand, when I asked if it would be covered by my insurance they assured it would be as it was in a place causing me discomfort with my work. Just in case I asked how much the bill would be if my insurance didn't cover the cost and they said it would range from $50 - $150. I went to my appointment and the dermatologist sprayed some liquid nitrogen on it, I was there for a total of around 10 minutes.
I ended up with a bill for $320. They bill $150 for being a new patient survey whatever that means, and $170 for the wart removal, which they labeled as benign on the bill so my insurance did not end up paying for anything.
Worse is that the treatment did nothing, in fact the wart is bigger now than when I went in. Will definitely not be returning to Rosario Skin Clinic.

They do not inform you that they do not process prior authorizations, so god forbid your insurance requires one, they take forever to get back to you, and the people over the phone are very inexperienced and snide.

We had a billing issue with the clinic, and they worked with us to resolve it. The treatment was first-rate. Would recommend.
