Amber Fowler is above and beyond. She is very caring and treats you respectfully. I would recommend anyone.

First of all, all the skin biopsies they have done on me still look like cigarette burns after 5 years of healing time. My copay is $50 and I barely get 2 minutes of a physician assistant's time--somebody different every time, mind you--and even though I've been going here since 2012 they don't even know or take the time to ask about my medical history...At my last appointment the PA talked to me about acne for 20 seconds and then left before even giving me my annual skin check, even though that's what the appointment was for. I didn't even have time to remind him he rushed out of there so quickly. Not to mention they're always trying to sell me a chemical peel or some other cosmetic procedure. I have no idea why I've continued coming here for so long. Every time I walk in there I feel like a cash cow being sliced up just to keep the doors open.

I was recently referred to the Rosario skin clinic by my primary care physician. The first available appointment was two months out. After scheduling the appointment I was told to download their standard paperwork and bring it to the appointment fill out. I was told to arrive 15minutes early and if the paperwork was not filled out beforehand I would be rescheduled and charged for the original appointment. I asked the receptionist why the strict guidelines as I've never been asked to complete paperwork beforehand (that's what arriving 15minutes early is for). She said that was their company policy and that was that. The poor customer service and snotty attitude did not sit well with me and I ended up canceling my appointment and going with a different dermatologist.

I have gone to the Rosario Skin Clinic for about 5 years, but no longer. Good Customer Service is lacking in the Anacortes office. The Check In Agent was rude and unapologetic about a scheduled appointment. See below for full story. Today, I went into the Anacortes Clinic for an 11:15 am appointment . I arrived at 11:18a to check in and was told I needed my ID and health insurance cards. I stated they were the same as always but was told they expire each year and it was required so I gave them to her. She also handed a clip board and wanted me to fill out my health history again. I stated it did not change. I am wearing a cast from a broken arm and told her I could not fill it out. No assistance was offered. She then advised me that my appointment by her records was for 1:15pm. I told her that I had reconfirmed the appointment over the phone and would be at another doctor at 1:pm. She offered no apology for the mix up and said she had nothing else without looking at the schedule. I said I would wait then. She advised me that even if the appointment was for 11:15 am, it was now 11:30 am and I would not be accommodated for being late. I have worked in Customer Service throughout my career and am now retired. If this lady treated any of my customers like this she would be without a job. I left the office and will not be back!
