So, after several unsuccessful attempts back in the fall to make an appt, I tried again. I called on Saturday morning and a very pleasant woman answered and did not place me on hold. She was extremely helpful and professional. My appointment was with the new doctor who I think will be a great substitute for my recently retired pcp.

This is a horribly run practice. Girls at the front are very rude and never make it seem like they want to help. Trying to make an appointment is next to impossible, and the girls are very rude on the phone. The only reason I stay with this practice is that my doctor, Dr. Phakey, is great. He is willing to help and always calls me with my lab results, and discusses them which I am grateful for. I have seen other doctors in this practice who all seemed not to care. Dr. Phakey tries to brighten my mood and is always so professional. Sadly, he will leaving the practice soon, and I will be too. This office needs to get its act together.

The staff is extremely friendly! The doctors make you feel like they truly care about you and your health. I’m not just another patient in their office, which is hard to find from most doctors offices.

Love Rose and their staff always helpful. Doctors are great, they listen (which makes you wait but then they take the time with you too).

My visits to this office are always swift and smooth, Nurse Kim& DR.Kowalski do a fantastic job every time I see them and they always brighten my mood couldn't ask for a more ideal visit every time I go.
