The nurses and the doctor are extremely unprofessional. All they do is chatter while tons of patients wait in the rooms. Our appointment was at 1:20pm, so we arrive early at 12:50. We literally do not even enter one of the rooms until 2:30, and guess what, we wait more. Several nurses come in and they swap each other out and so a nurse doesn’t check my grandfather’s vitals until 3pm. And the doctor came in like for like 40seconds and that was that. What’s the point of making appointments if their not even upheld?

I have been a reliable regular patient at sjfm for 12 year's and I've never had the problems I'm having now Dr Toliver discontinued giveing me medications that I've been getting ther for 6 year's has me running all over town .and would only give me a months worth of seraquil knowing I need 6 weeks worth told me to bad if she has to give me anymore she's lowering the Mgs and her helper needs to learn how to talk to patients in a com manor. Not make u feel like the bein interrogated.asking questions only the doctor should be asking. So not sure wat I did to Dr Toliver to make her treat me like this but im now looking for a new primary doctor after 12 year's. I'm not asking for pain pills or something I'm not allrady takeing just the meds I'm gettin allready. I'm not the only one of Dr Cindy Nunans patients that feels this way about Dr Toliver seems to be a very bad pattern starting here. Even other doctors don't understand Dr Tolivers thinking about changing people's meds so drastically espetialy people's syc meds.SJFM is gonna loose alot of patients. Dr Toliver doesn't care bout her patient's just how many people she can cram into a day. Its all about the numbers with her not the wellfare of her patient's and in 12 year's it's the first time i feel this way.( Damb Shame.) 😟😟

Dr Collins is the least caring "health professional" I have ever met in my 57 yrs. He refused to examine me for a suspected hernia because it "could be work related". It also took this place 2 hours to finally get to giving me a scheduled vaccination. Yes, 2 hours! The worse! Go any where but here.

The people at the desk are the rudest people I've ever encountered in the medical field. They interrupt you while you are speaking and look at you with disgust
