Pappas Family Medical Center: Pappas Elena MD

Dr. Pappas has been my primary care doctor for the past 8 years. I find her to be one of those rare physicians with terrific diagnostic skills. Her staff arrange appointments, referrals to specialists (when required) on the spot in a very friendly & professional manner. My entire family uses Dr. Pappas. I credit her excellent care with keeping my elderly father in good health. If you are looking for a "hand holder" who really doesn't find a cure then she is not the doctor for you. But if you want a doctor that does the best for you as a patient then she is the doctor for you.

Dr Pappas and her staff are absolutely wonderful. My husband is diabetic and has had several serious issues. Dr. Pappas has been totally on the ball with his care and follow ups. She calls us directly, which now a days is very unusual for a doctor to do. Her receptionist Denise is just fantastic and so is Christy the nurse. I would never change doctors. This office is the BEST!!!

Waiter was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant . Restaurant decore was simple but clean . We ordered stuffed grape leaves, gyro sandwiches , soup and grilled cheese sandwich. The soup and grilled cheese were ok. The grape leaves and gyro sandwiches lacked taste. They need much more seasonings. I want Greek food to smell and taste like authentic Greek food. But this did not. I will give it some time. Maybe in time the food will improve .

Dr. Pappas and her staff always make me feel so welcome. She has been my doctor for quite a while. She is very hands on. She doesn't just send you to another doctor unless it's necessary. She's honest, fair and to the point. I don't think of her just as my doctor, I think of her as my friend. Thank you to Dr. Pappas and the entire staff for treating me so nice, even when I'm not.

I try to be objective in my reviews and understand people make mistakes and have bad days, but there has been continual issues at this office and am relieved to have a different primary. Appointments never put in book, brief unproductive visits, and all around apathy from staff and doctor. Not a coincidence she has nearly as many one star as five star reviews. Edit: this is not a pseudonym, my wife was a patient and after her leaving upset from your office on numerous occasions, we felt compelled to write this review.
