Great place Doctor Chasima Lanez is amazing doctor an a sweetheart an her nurse Heather is just awesome they make you feel right at home I look forward to going here!

Never had a problem with this practice except that they are booked up with appointments for weeks. If you need an appointment for something urgent or an illness, call in the morning when they open, they usually have a slot or two that they can fit you in. They have other offices with other MD's that you can go to in Monmouth County if you have to get in quicker for something non emergent. They draw blood and call you with the results in a couple of days. Never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, usually taken right in.

Feeling sick, so called to get a refill of my inhaler for asthma. Called at 4:45, and was connected with a pre-recorded message that the office was closed, even though their business hours say they close at 5.

staff is so incredibly rude when asked for help. wish i could rate them lower. have never had a decent appointment with this doctors office. Dr Ignacio has a terrible attitude & starts arguments with patients. can't believe someone of a professional background can treat people the way she does. would not recommend, find a different doctor

I found Dr. Ignacio to be very caring and she provides great care. The staff is always helpful and quick to respond to requests. I am very comfortable have her as our family physician.
