Dr. Kaufman directly harmed me and violated his medical oath to do no harm to patients. His staff is overworked and uncaring. You have to see various Physician Assistants (a different one each visit) instead of the Dr. so he doesn't know you or your medical situation. Yet he makes the final critical decisions without knowing you very well. One time I fell hard on my concrete steps in a torrential downpour of rain, landed on my left hip, and smashed the back of my head and neck into the big iron rails on the steps. This was on my way to the Dr. appt! I told the intern I was forced to see about my injuries. I tried to tell a PA and even Dr. Kaufman. I was completely ignored despite such serious injuries! I asked the nurse for an ice pack for my head, and she gave me a large solid brick, which couldn't reach my head or neck! I did injure my left hip, head and neck!! But their first aid was to do Nothing! I was horrified. Total negligence. I could have had a concussion. I'll never know.
Dr. Kaufman used to be a better doctor many, many years ago. He is also overworked, highly stressed and burnt out. He directly harmed me in another way. There's no such thing as having a personal relationship with your own Dr. anymore. This practice is no longer an excellent choice for a great primary physician. Please do yourself a favor, and find one elsewhere.

This office is all about money and does not care about the patient. This practice has went down hill after Dr. Nabbiar left. She was the only smart one. The new PA Tasheema is rude. Dr. Kaufman is a weirdo and if you met his wife..... she is as classless and uncouth as a NY city rat. They won’t give doctor’s note or provide verification of medical clearance. They take your vitals in the hallway in which everyone can hear. The office is a dump. Stay away from this practice!!!!! Money hungry insensitive snakes!!! Don’t trust them.

I would have given them 0 stars if that was possible. We made an appointment with Dr Kaufman for my older son and younger daughter and when we got to the office we were pushed off to a much less experienced doctor and they lied saying Dr. Kaufman never sees 1st time patients, but my other young son did see Dr. Kaufman on his first wellness visit. More importantly, on todays visit the other child was pushed off to seeing a Physician Assistant!? Who makes a Dr. appt. to see a Physician Assistant. We walked out of the office after them having wasted my time filling out forms. Oh and back to my first visit with my younger son (7 yr old son), they were not able to take his blood pressure they said his arm was too thin. What kind of Dr. office can't take a patients blood pressure? You can be sure I will be calling our insurance company and reporting this. And yes Rivka is very rude and cannot communicate.

Stay AWAY from this practice, if you are a patient or even a potential employee. The office manager, who is the doctor's wife, is very rude and disrespectful. I learned that they need to hire medical assistants and I decided to apply there before starting medical school. I was interviewed by this rude office manger then she asked me to start coming to the office for an "unpaid" training. She explained that training will take 2 months, 6 days a week (which is completely unnecessary for the tasks you do as an MA). When I asked her what my salary would possibly be after training, she said "I can't tell you now, we have to see after the 2 months if you are good to be fully hired." Later I found out from people who worked as MA in that office before that they make you work for 2 months or so then they would say that we can't pay you. So you either stay as a volunteer or leave!!!!! That's the kind of treatment you would get at this place. This office manager, by the way, has ZERO medical background yet she pretends that she knows everything! Horrible experience.

Like many other reviewers, I have had the same experience with Reva Kauffman the "office manager" as well as the front desk staff. It really is a shame that Dr. Kauffman does not invest in good employees because he is a great Doctor.
