They turned away my 16-year-old daughter because we were 25 mins late for an appointment. I have been going for more than a decade to this practice and waited an average of half an hour to see the doctor, often more. They showed no compassion or flexibility when we were behind schedule. The doctors are great but this practice has lost sight of how to treat patients.
