The worst doctors office I've experienced. The receptionists are rude and place you on lengthy holds then hang up on you. The receptionist usually has an attitude and shows careless behavior in waiting room. Receptionists are on their personal phones texting and talking while you are waiting for your appointment or being placed on "a brief hold". If you are expecting good service from a health care professional I do NOT recommend going to Charles A Joseph, M.D. at 340 speedwell ave, Morris plains.

Doctor Joseph has been my doctor for years, always nice and attentive, the staff is very nice and friendly always whiling to help me.

Took me an hour and 40mins to just get a prescription renewal and I was written the wrong script. Ridiculous
