I have been a patient in this facility for over 5 years. Never had a problem but I started noticing that when I made appointments, it took a while after being checked in for the doctor to come and see me, today I had enough. I have been feeling a lot of pain on my lower stomach and made an appointment to see MY doctor, there were open appointments available before but since I wanted to see Dr. Bhatt I waited an extra few days. I was checked in, in about 5 minutes after I arrived and called into one of the rooms about 5 minutes later, by then it was 4:30 pm. At 5:10 pm after waiting for about 40 minutes for my doctor to come see me I just walked out, nobody had to courtesy to tell me I had to wait over 20 minutes for the doctor to come and see me. There’s no respect for people’s time, so I just let them know I was leaving and left. I left work an hour early so that I could be in time for my appointment, I am no doctor but my time is worth just as much. This was not the first time I have had to wait, sometimes I waited over an hour but I’ve had enough. I cannot keep going back to a doctor who doesn’t give me the same respect I gave her.

I have been going to this practice for years. They used to be wonderful and responsive and followed up. Now it is awful. They still have many very good doctors but the way the office is run has changed so drastically that you can no longer reach a human being, nothing is followed up on or coordinated, needed referrals and persciption refills need repeated calls to get them taken care of, you cannot reach your doctor. This practice ends up undermining ones overall health and healthcare in spite if it's doctor's, simply because of the way it is run. I will be looking for another practice after nearly 15 years with them. It is very sad to see what has happened here.

Doctors are fine, but the office is hard to deal with. Very difficult to talk to a real person when you call the office, you just get shunted into automatic voicemail system. Voice mails are not returned promptly, if ever. This practice IS a big operation, and it feels like it. Once you are in the office, things usually go OK, but when you are working with them by phone, you can really sense that size of this operation has taken a huge toll on customer service.
