My husband, 8month old daughter and I have just started visiting Dr Young in February. By far, the most patient, understanding, and gentle doctor I’ve met. I recommend 10/10.

I LOVE Dr. Young! She sees my entire family including myself, husband and my parents who are senior citizens. She is very responsive, compassionate, professional, and has coordinated the care for all of our specialists. She found the smallest malignant breast lump during my mom's physical. Even the oncologist was impressed that she found it from a manual exam. She then referred my mom to the most wonderful practice of women oncologists, surgeons... they are truly a GOD send, and included me in every aspect of my mom's care. The wait is usually around 15-20 min... HOWEVER she takes her time, answers all of your questions, offers alternative solutions and has the best bedside manner EVER! Having said this, Dr. Young's staff is improving as she grows. As a business leader, I understand how difficult it can be to acquire and sustain a loyal staff. I would say don't throw out the baby with the bath water, because Dr. Young is AWESOME.

I love Dr. Young! I followed her many years ago from a group in Montclair. I cannot speak highly enough of her as a person or a doctor. I recommend her to enyone I know who is looking for a great, professional, courteous and compassionate doctor. She always listens to everything you need to discuss and gives very informative feedback.

Dr. Young is an excellent doctor. She makes me feel comfortable and respected. If I need her for any reason she is prompt and has a genuine concern for my health. My only disappointment is her office manager Varsha, she has always been cantankerous with me. She purposely delay my prescriptions, and communicating with her is a daunting task. Several times I contacted BCBS in an effort to solve the delay, they in turn questioned her professionalism in obtaining necessary information to process this request. I don't ever doubt Dr. Young she is the absolute best doctor ever, her office manager may be competent but lacks professionalism and empathy. This is DR. KAREN D. YOUNG, MD NOT VARSHA, MD.

Dr Young is excellent and sweet. As for her staff Jawana is really the only professional one and she is very caring. The wait time is about 10-15mins.
