Family Practice Associates, PCP: Ho John MD

Dr Ho is very caring, thoughtful and never rushes. His office also joined by Ms. L Demarco, APN. Both Dr Ho and Ms Demarco are very knowledeable. I am glad that I have both of them as my primary physicians.

I was there for physical check up today, staffs and nurse were friendly,Dr. Ho was really nice and patient, answered and explained all of my questions.I would recommend him to everyone.

My recent experience during my annual well visit was very bad. He makes up fraudulent charges. He charged me for a service that was not given at all! DO NOT go this doctor. I am changing my family doctor right away

Unprofessional, rude, and money- motivated. They do not care about the well being of their patients, but rather making money. They hang up on clients when they feel they do not want to answer their questions/concerns, and don’t keep the patients best interest in heart. I am pursuing legal action against them due to their misconduct. I suggest anyone reading this find someone more in tune to their patients rather than their profits. Dr. Jon Ho and his wife, who works in the office as the office manager, are two people you do not want your health in the hands of, that is for sure.

I'm encouraged to tell everyone I know about this practice. I've been going to this practice for many years, and they are still amazing. Dr. Ho is very respectful and nice. Including the whole practice. They are willing to give as much help you want. Amazing practice!!
