Dr Cilento is great. She is truly a life saver. I couldn't say enough good things about her.

I had Quintana in the year or so that I went. She was great until one day I came in for a sore throat and back pain. The sore throat was dismissed for just that— a sore throat. She prescribed me antibiotics that didn't work. I couldn't eat or drink anything for approximately two weeks after getting those meds. I felt so horrible that I had to ask my mother to take me out of school and take me to the hospital. I was so severely dehyrated that they gave me two bags of fluid... It turned out that I had mono. As for my back pain, she dismissed it as a posture problem. I went to a completely different doctor who actually listened to me and told me I have scoliosis. Unbelievable.

This is the worse office I have every dealt with. I have taken my children there for physicals and when I needed a second copy of the physical then charged me $25 for each child. Then when I brought the psycials to the school found out they never stamped the physical and had issues with my children's sports at school then to make matters worse I was told paperwork would be faxed to my children's school and it never was. When I questioned it I was told well we couldn't fax anything because of SIPPA after a week of no notification I had to go there to pick up the paperwork and was told that I should have come by to pick it up. It was my intent to but I was told everything was sent.

I will never go back here again. They are running a scam to force me to come in every 3 months to refill a prescription for blood pressure medication. They are the reason why insurance has gone up so much. They told me that it is a law that I have to come in every 3 months to refill the prescription. I spoke with a cardiologist as well as my pharmacist who both agree that there is no such law and that it is just them trying to get me to come in again to bill the insurance company. I would leave zero stars if I was allowed.

Don't wast your time.there is no lower rating other than one star so let's say the two nice nurses deserve credit. The rest of the staff is miserable and incompetent .The front desk has no clue how to do anything. I went twice and almost every action was fumbled.As a new patient I was never greeted by the front or even introduced to the doctor.I had to look at the script to see her name(Dr.Mary Ludwig- Cilento).. . The doctor is useless and did not even know why I was there when she told me to make a follow up appointment and did not discuss the results of the ct scan she prescribed two weeks before . I tell her I can't sleep she ignores me.its like they are so miserable they act like the patient is bothering them!!!
