IMA Family Practice of Middletown

I like this facility. Never had a problem getting an appointment and Dr G is great

Every time I call to make a appointment they never can get me in. It takes a couple of days to get an appointment and then when you do get a appointment they treat you as if your inconveniencing them.... like jeez you're getting paid to see me, at least pretend to care. Also I had blood work done, and the tech had gloves on when I went in there, he was just finished someone else blood draw (I had to wait for the person before me) then I sat in the chair and waited, he was writing on the tubes of blood, and he never changed his gloves and to be honest I was nervous enough getting blood work, as I hate needles and thought if I said to him to change his gloves he may be even rougher. Needless to say I am going to be switching to a different family practice. This place is a joke!!! Stay away, you're better off at the walk in clinics then this place.

Dr. Zaky is very professional yet personable as well. Great staff too!

Been going to this practice for more than 35 years and have never had an issue. Both of my children were cared for by Dr. Thompson all through their growing up years. Dr. G has been my personal dr. since she started with the practice and always makes me feel comfortable. I never feel rushed. Staff is quite competent and always accommodating. Only 1 time in 35 years did I have trouble getting an appt. quickly with this office. Highly recommend. UPDATE: IN THE LAST 4 WEEKS THEY HAVE MESSED UP SO MANY THINGS FOR NOT ONLY MYSELF BUT TWO FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!
