South Jersey Medicine

I've been going here for years. It was upsetting when Dr Roanna Alcera left and even more upsetting when Dr Owen's disappeared from the practice. Dr Melanie Wassel is a great doctor though somewhat less personable than Alcera and Owen's so I accepted this change. I ended up getting pretty sick over the summer and made an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a very young NP whom I've never met before. Fine I'm sick whatever though I was incredibly displeased. Then I get a quest diagnostic notice my man results are in.... It is on file my insurance ONLY covers labcorp. Who knows how much that is going to cost me then today I get another notice from my insurance saying my doctors visit wasn't covered and I owe the doctor Emily Romero $117. Who tf is Emily Romero? For an ear infection...... I had strep throat. I'm livid. I have a 3 month follow on Tuesday and who knows who I'm going to see cause god forbid they let their patients know their doctors are leaving. This is completely unacceptable.
