The ONE positive is that while I was there, the staff was nice...
However, beyond that, sheer incompetence that landed me in Robert Wood Johnson Emergency Room.
After suffering for months with diarrhea a colonoscopy was ordered by my primary care. Dr. Rai found one polyp, removed it, done. No biopsy, no tests, no follow-up. Shortly there-after, the diarrhea returned. I called the office about 9am saying I stopped eating for 2 days because the diarrhea was so bad. They assured me I'd get a call by the end of that day (Friday). I called my primary care as well, they called Dr Rai's office and confirmed that Dr. Rai would call me before they closed. By 3pm, no call, so I call them. "We see your message, Dr. Rai will call you before she leaves."
NO CALL.
The next day I try to eat a meal, I'm truly hungry now on the third day of a fast. The diarrhea was violent and I went to the ER.
Dr. Rai's office calls Tuesday, 4 DAYS LATER to leave a message and a prescription for something."(Cholestipal?) I returned their call, canceled my future appointments and expressed my anger and frustration. Thank God for insurance or my ER bill would be $5000.
I finally a better Dr. who called out the incompetence I suspected. I had a second, thorough colonoscopy that found ONE MORE POLYP that Dr Rai missed, and he did several biopsies which should have been done at Dr. Rai's office.
This is not petty complaints but sheds a light on serious issues with the low rated office. Wish I read reviews before going.

I have been going with my 89 year old Dad to see Dr. Kutscher since May after he had a GI bleed and was hospitalized. Their office is very communicating and efficient. I couldn't recommend Dr. Kutscher any more highly. He is truly passionate about his job, and it comes through in how much he cares about his patients. Unlike some doctors, he welcomes questions and doesn't rush you out of his office. He makes my Dad feel important and comfortable. My siblings take turns accompanying my Dad for his appointments and I am more than happy to go to see Dr. Kutscher with my Dad. (I dread some of his other doctor's visits)

I like the doctor but I really dread talking to the front desk. They seem to be really slow even when they don't have many patients in the office. If you call be prepared to be on the phone for more than 30 min.

Beware. They require a credit card number in advance to bill for any balances after insurance has been billed and has processed. If you do not have a credit card you are expected to pay a $100.00 deposit to be credited to your account and applied to any remaining charges after insurance. I paid the deposit with a debit card in April 2016 rather than leave my debit card # in the event that there were significant charges that might exceed my account balance. On September 14, 2016 I went to their office to inquire about my $100 deposit. The office manager initially instructed the receptionist to tell me that I agreed to pay the $100 so the money is theirs. When I objected and spoke with the office manager, I was told that an inquiry would be made to their accounting department and a response is expected within 10 days. If I didn't go ask for my deposit back. They have also disabled any e-mail communication from their website. This is 2016, right?

Horrible! I made a appointment but canceled way in advance, and three months later they send me a bill saying I need to pay because I missed a visit! I laughed when I saw this! What a joke! Luckily I have my cell phone records as proof !
