Virtua Primary Care - Lumberton

I don't go to doctors very often but I had to go in last week with the flu season we are in. The front desk was very nice, efficient and quickly processed me. I was taken within minutes to the back and was taken care of quickly. No complaints here.

I'm completely beside myself after receiving a letter from your office stating the FLU VACCINE was stored IMPROPERLY, ABOVE the recommended temperature for 9 MONTHS and you guys are licensed "professionals". My 4 YEAR OLD SON got injected by "medical professionals" at this location, with a vaccine that WAS STORED IMPROPERLY, ABOVE TEMPERATURE!! Who knows what will and can happen to him now with a "spoiled, vaccine" injected into his sensitive body. Are you kidding me??!! The point of this, is that FOR 9 MONTHS medical licensed person's didn't catch the temperature rising and allowed administration of said vaccines into the bodies of trusting patients. How am I ever suppose to trust doctor's and vaccines now?! I definetly will NOT BE a patient of yours anymore. I literally can't even believe this happened. If it were me, I'd care a lil less but no, it was my 4 year old son who already has medical and neurological problems. I'm sharing THIS bc everyone should know the medical negligence that was bestowed upon my child from THIS VIRTUA GROUP, in Lumberton!!! Those people should be fired and banned from practicing medicine. To allow such an awful thing like this to happen and NOT realise it for 9 MONTHS AND I'm just now receiving notice the next YEAR about it !! ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!! 0 stars!!

Needs a lot more professionalism to be called a family medicine center. This place just got a computer system upgrade. They also need to upgrade staff and retrain on customer service standards. Maybe bc most of us there using Medicaid? That's why service is wacked?

should b a 1/2 star doctors are very rude i been waiting for my medication be sent to Walgreen over a month... Very disrespectful,, told them my sugar was low... they did not help and had a episode with my diabetes...They give anyone a degree dumbAsses
