Russian Book House

Awesome!! I had a great experience looking for some Russian books to aid with learning the language. I was helped by the most kind and genuinely caring store clerk. She was able to recommend some good books for my level of learning and spent some time talking with me in Russian and encouraging me in my journey. I will definitely return when I am back in town!

Came to purchase book for a friend. Was treated quite rudely. This is Russian bookstore. You know this is for Russians. Is your friend really Russian? Honestly regret making a purchase here. Next time will go with Amazon.

I bought several books here before, the selection is ok, big store that sells more than just books, some overpriced souvenirs, movies and CDs mostly all in Russian with Russian formatting so you need a special DVD or software on your computer to actually watch the movies! The check out process was a painted took forever, they use square I think and WiFi or something was down so I had to transfer money via some other app to actually pay for my items! Not all items are new when it comes to books, after paying for new book, while reading it noticed grease marks and fingerprints in the books, I am sure someone reads them at the store and puts them back for sale! Not sure how I feel about it lol
