Ryder Truck Rental

Where oh where to begin. 1 Harold at this shop is the only thing I really have to positive he knows how a customer should be treated, doesn't need to defend Ryder at every turn he listened and acted concerned about my issue even if it wasn't 100 percent genuine he made it seem as if he was sometimes that's the thing someone wants ju st to be heard. 2 Brett went over and Now is w ot me setup and ready to get in the truck. Then the real Ryder monster came out and it all wentto hell in a handbadke Now I'm tucking my tail and going back to Penske where it's a modicum better service. My opinion if you want great service from Ryder but Lowe's or some other huge company and they will pul the moon for you.

The company I work fork leases tractors from Ryder in the year I've had the displeasure of dealing with this shop I have yet to see anything done correctly the first time or in a timely manner. They act as if they're doing you a favor working on your truck. If this we're my own truck it would never see this place

We are a local fruit farm and Ryder on Holly is critical to our success. Every weekend during our harvest season we rent a 26 ft truck with a lift gate so that we can use one truck to get to two markets. Jean Bax and the guys in the shop provide reliable, top notch customer service. We can count on them every week so that we can focus on our business. Thanks for a great harvest season, you all! We couldn't do it without you!

Ryder is awesome, they will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and help with your GOALS, and mr Brett one of the sales REPS will not rest till you have a truck if one needs repairs and your shut down he will put you in another SOON ASAP before you guys make any other choices RYDER is the place to go......: THERE GREAT

I have had a Ryder Commercial account for the past 4 years and the service and contact with the business has been the type that creates me as a life long supporter and renter fro Ryder. Everyone, from the President of National accounts emailing us every qtr to check on us and how Ryder can help in what we need. We've had our account with Ryder for 5+ years now and I can say we've had our ups & downs. I wanted to start off with Rental. Anna Blue and Jean Bax are our "Good-To" representatives. Anna and Jean have been nothing but professional and gives our company 100% satisfaction. I know when there is a problem Anna and Jean will be the ones to help out the issue and get us what we need. As far as Services goes, Bill Mullins seems to be the only one who has our best interest and returning our vehicles in a timely manner. Holly St. could not function properly without Mullins. If you deal with either of those people I mentioned you will have an easy time at Ryder for your Rentals/Services.

Incompetence at its finest. Almost two weeks to replace a back window when a different location did the same job in a day for the same truck. They “ lost” the truck after 3 days when called when it would be ready and had to go locate it for them at their own yard. When it was finally ready, they couldn’t find the keys at pickup and the rental guy literally ROLLED HIS EYES at me when he asked the truck number and I only knew the last 3 of it. Very professional attitude there buddy. Go Anywhere but this location.

They will let u stay if they got parking. There bathroom as a shower but u better have towels. Bathroom is clean

Great people to work with. I needed a truck in a pinch and the Area Manager, John B., along with Brett W. from the Holly location made my day easy. They went above and beyond to ensure i got the right size truck for the job. Thanks guys, you're awesome! I will be back and i will recomend to anyone that needs a rental.
