U-Haul at East Colfax

I had come in to get Several propane bottles filled when I rolled into the yard the yard attendant ask if I needed help I told him I needed propane and he Stated he wasn't certified to fill bottles I'd have to go inside The other Employee was on the phone and under my breathe told him I needed some bottles filled and he said he'd be right out... I found their service to be prompt, Polite , and Courteous. I had Stopped at the Uhaul on Colfax & I-225 once again the Employee was on the phone I had parked next to the propane refill station and he said we're out of propane and I don't know when we'll have any !!! Not the Answer I was Looking For.

Well, shame on me, should've read the reviews before reserving a truck.. The first truck had 100 cockroaches in the back, the second truck didn't have windshield wipers, a fact that wasn't known until it started raining on our move. We reserved, well, thought reserved, an appliance dolly, but they didn't have one for us, and had to drive over an hour out of the way to pick one up at a different store. That store tried to charge for use of the dolly, which was already paid for online, and said we had to return it to THAT store, got that cleared up, but another hour wasted.. the truck was supposed to be returned at 3pm, and we reserved it starting at 9am... we didn't get the truck and dolly until 11, and they were like, we'll waive the late fee, since we didn't return it until 5.. well good, that's what you're supposed to do, don't act like that was a favor.. They said a manager would call to rectify the situation, yet here I am 4 days later, no call.. stay away, horrible service.

Sammy was awesome! She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience a lot better. My mobile was not working and she jumped right in to make sure I got my rental.

We returned the uhaul we rented with a full tank mind you, it costs us twelve dollars to fill it up. Just to get charged the fuel fee this morning when i know for a fact we filled it. I want restitution or ill dispute it with my back.

If i could give less than one star i would. Canceled my reservation less than 48 hours before my day to pick up. Do not use this company. I once swore i'd never be the person to leave online reviews but this was such a bad experience i made an exception.

Friendly and helpful gentleman who was patient in assisting me with my truck rental. Just a word from the wise you can't rent a truck or cargo van unless you have a major credit card. I was able to rent a small 10' truck for 24 hours on my debit card. It just reserved $100 till I return it. So my problems were solved thanks to this gentleman.

dont come to this uhaul to refill propane the new manager dont care and keep you waiting for a long time

If I could give zero stars I would. Their scheduling sucks. I reserved a truck a month ago. my moving date is tomorrow and they are still trying to find me a location to pick up this truck at?! I have people scheduled to help me move and they can't assure me a time or a location until the day I am scheduled for pick up?! So unprofessional, I will go with penske next time.
