I go there for myself and my 3 children. I have never had a bad experience with them. When I moved up to the area. I was helped tremendously with my psych meds. By continuously keeping in touch with my previous psych. It took 2 years for me to find a psych up here that would see me. My kids are always seen with no problems what so ever. I fell and sprained my wrist and I went to the walk in & still no issues. Everyone there is always very nice.

Everyone here is very nice , very quick for a walk in. Front desk was very helpful and kind. Judith the PA was very detailed and cared. Would definitely recommend

If it were possible to give a lower score I would. This use to be a really good practice 10 years ago, when Dr. Heidi Root was in charge. But now, they just don't give a flying **** about the patients anymore. Expect a long wait. Expect a hassle w/ Rx. Expect to pay "full freight". Expect to be scheduled for many uneccessary future appointments. But do not expect dr.s that do what they say they will!

The lady at the front desk lacked customer service skills. The nurse's were wonderful!!

Great experience! The walk-in clinic receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very friendly. We were in Conway for the weekend so the facility was out of our provider network. We paid directly for services (It was around $220). My daughter was admitted, diagnosed, and out the door within an hour. They accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, check, or cash but do not accept American Express. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future. Highly recommend.
