The most service oriented telecom company in the state. Employees there are vetted for positive attitude and work ethic. They find solutions to serve the hardest to reach customers rather than finding excuses not to.

Super rude customer service!! I asked for help with my internet speed because I’m getting about 3mgbs LOWER than what I’m paying for... I asked for a trouble ticket to be issued, and the rep that helped me told me it’s probably because I have multiple devices connected, which is incorrect, my laptop is the only device connected. When asking to speak with a manager she told me “you don’t have the right to ask for a manager when you call without speaking with a customer service rep.” After being on hold for about 3-5 minutes a lady named “Kim” got on the phone saying she’s the business center manager saying that she can’t issue a trouble ticket and there is no need for ME - a paying customer, to be rude. “Kim” eventually issued a trouble ticket and gave me a reference number that she stated earlier she was unable to generate. So sad to see such unprofessionalism, and rude people working... if you don’t like your job, please do us all a favor & leave. Simple.

I received a call from Roberta from this location and she was nothing but rude. She demanded I pay my bill today, even though it was already paid by the day the grants employee told me it needed to be paid by, otherwise my services would be shut off today. No notice nothing she was just going to cut my service with no notification at all that's a very bad company. I live in a town where internet company's are rare you need to fix the problems people are having. I was also given service that doesn't even give me the things I am paying for. I was told it's because of trees but if that were the case the internet never should have been installed in the first place. This company if hard to get ahold of when things go wrong (which is most of the time) I will be switching services because of Roberta, she was to rude for me to keep the services.

First off, I would like to give credit to Roberta B. for her excellent customer service that she has provided me with. Not only was she straight forward and fixed my problem, she also gave me up to date information on the status of my network connections. Her professionalism should not go unrecognized because she did everything in her power to get my internet back up and running. So, Roberta, thank you for all your help. If any one would like prompt professional service please ask for Roberta in customer service.
