Comcast Service Center

This is probably the worst company I have encountered customer service with!! They were not helpful at all! Worst expierence of my life

Quick payments and very helpful staff! Centrally located. And they have the fastest internet in our area.

Very bad service ~ Our cable TV is horrible always pixelated or error messages, took a month to properly install a what was "suppose" to be a wireless security system ~ (Which is glitchy at best constantly having to reboot the cameras and touch pad - other times the system is down) what a joke they had to hard wire the system ~ Found out the new infrared cameras don't work properly with wireless ~ Our internet is glitchy at best ~ they were using our internet as a wifi hot spot ~ they never asked or mentioned this to us ~ our modem has been changed out 3 times in a year we are now looking forward to a 4th time today ~ Found out they install refurbished modems in our area not new ones ~ The billing is a joke ~ We haven't had the subscription price promised for our bundle package (billing price is different month to month) I talked to an agent who says it will be adjusted (said he was a supervisor ) found out he was an out of country contracted worker pretending to be a supervisor ~ We are now in the process of looking for a different security company, thinking of switching over to dish and comparing internet providers ~ We just want out of this very expensive nightmare ~ we pay over $330.00 a month for services that glitch out at least once a week and no they don't compensate for the time your services are down and they do charge labor fees if they have to go to your house

does Comcast have 4k tv? saw a commercial stating they have 4K tv. called to schedule an upgrade nothing they don't have 4K....
