Saints Pub + Patio

Visited this location this past Mother's Day (Sunday) and will not be going back. We chose this restaurant as a nearby option for a 3 and 2 baseball tournament. Our entire team showed up, with about 12 parents - so we were a big crowd. That being said, it took 45 MINUTES for us to get waters served to our table. In addition, food was brought out intermittently - 1/4 of our party got their food, then 10 minutes later another 1/4 got their food, and so on. There was 30 minutes from the time the first food order was brought out and the time that last order was brought out. It was clear the kitchen was overwhelmed with our party, but there were only 5 other tables in the restaurant. Our poor server was in the weeds the entire time, and no other server came to assist her. Lastly, the manager was busy chit-chatting with another table when he should've been offering support to his server and meeting with our table to confirm who still needed drinks/food, etc. The food was good, but the lack of organization and experience with big parties is a major drawback. We were almost late to our next baseball game . . . hope they can get this figured out.

We live close by and frequent this establishment. We are always satisfied with the customer service. We have not had one bad server yet. The quality of food has always been terrific. There is a great atmosphere inside and on the patio. Even when we have been in there during sports times, the hectic chaos of customers did not effect the service we received. My only wish is that the menu had more options.

As far as bar food goes, they are top notch. They also have a great east facing patio that stays shaded during dinner time. We'd probably eat there more often if the music inside the pub was at a reasonable volume. It's really hard to have a conversation.

Great service, food and drinks were great. Love the low key atmosphere! Reading the past reviews, let me summarize. You want 5 star food? Go to a 5 star restaurant. You want dedicated service? Go to a club with $750.00 bottle service. Stop bitching about your little snowflake issues. This is a nice, basic, low key, good food, good drinks, pub!!!!

Good food. Decent place to spend with friends. Service was slow. Server did not pay attention to a table of 10 that would've been a decent tip.
