I went here and the lady acted like I was bothering her asking her questions about a product. Whe didnt want me to buy a certain shade of white for whateverreason. Then I asked her how to use a toner and she said to apply it directly to my head didnt even bother to tell me I had to buy developer. Too.

This is a very small store with a lot packed into it! Some of the staff is knowledgeable while others leave a bad taste in my mouth. I will say, they usually have what I'm looking for though.
