Hannah was amazing helping me in cosmetics. The check out was a deal breaker. I had to ask Hannah to call for assistance at the cash wrap. The 1 person who was at the register was so engaged she mb made the line of 7 stressed. Register training includes contact with the waiting Sales(people). Finally someone came to assist thanks to, Hannah. I was annoyed and forgot to use my coupon. Now, I am really annoyed.

Very dissapointed, went in to get a haircut that I had booked 4 hours prior. When I went in they said one of their employees went home sick and they could only give me a haircut that would cost 41 dollars but not the 20 dollar one I had booked. If someone books a haircut they should be able to get it no matter what, especially if there is someone who is available to cut it. Very dissapointed in the quality of service.

All I got was hello, no one asked if they could help me find anything, and once I was done shopping the cashier did not ask if I found everything that I was looking for nor did she ask me if I was a card member so that I could get a discount or earn points towards a discount. I purchased something but that is my first and last time there. I had gone to an Ulta in another city and they were extremely helpful and friendly which is why I visited this one near me, NEVER again!!! So a negative star for this location.

I will admit I love how many options are available to the customers, but I don't care for the type of customer service experience they offer...this tends to be at most Ulta locations I've noticed. Maybe working on these skills with the staff would encourage more of us to actually be willing to pay the extra cost of shopping there.
