I never had girlfriends that wore makeup. I've never thought about makeup. I usually buy L'Oreal when it's on sale at Walgreens. I met my daughter in Kansas City for a very short get away. It was dreary, cold and raining. As we walked by Sephora, I commented to my daughter that I felt old and dowdy. My eyes always looked tired. We walked in the door and were met by several friendly people. Kenn introduced himself. He was so much fun. He used a hand held magic-machine to find my skin tone. He gave me a full make over. Including my eyes. Ha! My daughter and I were amazed how the right makeup made a huge difference. I didn't look tired! Hahaa. He and Ali were very helpful in educating me. It's been five days since I had the makeover. Kenn's Advisor notes have been easy to follow and makeup looks fabulous. Thank you Kenn and Ali! 👄

This is a large store with lots of space for browsing. The staff is always helpful & friendly.
