I really like this place. Affordable hair care products , & nice wig selection in the back. The staff are very friendly.

Sort of on a whim I went here to get stuff to dye my hair. I didn't know a lot about what I would need but the woman working there, Aakeah, was super helpful and nice to me and the other customers! She got me to put back a kit I had and helped me find the components for less than half the price. Shout out to Aakeah, thanks for the help!

I went in there for fax very lost, automatically the lady at the front greeted me with a smile and helpnot only did she helped me but she also helped me save money. Her name is Deon she was so sweet.

This store has the worst customer service EVERY time I go there. For instance today I went in to look for my hair products and a employee was in front of the the hair products I needed, she was obviously working so I was waiting for her to get done or ask if I needed anything. Nothing no acknowledgement! She just continued standing there completely ignoring the fact she was interfering with me purchasing anything. The manager called her away. That is how I was able to get my hair supplies. Then the manager herself (who is always and probably the most rudest) walks up and acts like I'm in her way and never says nothing to me. Never no assistance! Now I'm ready to purchase and the cashier is looking behind her, looks at me and again completely ignores the fact I'm standing there. Who runs this store?!?! I only go there because it's right around the corner. I pray for change at this location!!!
