SEPHORA inside JCPenney

Excellent service. I came in around Christmas time while visiting relatives in Kansas City. During my visit I had an amazing girl that had helped me find a color of foundation and many items for Christmas. She was very helpful and you could tell she was passionate about her job and customers! A few other associates were helpful but a couple seemed rude or wouldn’t help anyone and stood there. I’ve visited a few times since then and every time I can never find the girl who helped me and it takes so long just to get some service! JCPenney associates are not as helpful either and a few act as if they don’t have time to assist you.

Very nice. The employees are very helpful and get things done quick.

Does not carry most of the brands that the company sells. I couldn't get the attention of anyone that works there. Will not return.

Went in to trade out a foundation that I got at the Zona rosa location since I was out that way and the girl who was in there didn't seem to be in a very good mood. I'm not very skilled with makeup so I tried to bounce a couple ideas off her and she had zero enthusiasm or interest in anything that I asked her. They were out of a specific shade that I wanted and she didn't even suggest another shade that would be close. Just let me pick one that I assumed would work. Don't know what her problem was but I hope she's not like that everyday. Bad for the Sephora image if she is.
