Ulta Beauty

I walked in and got a bad vibe and being a woman of color. I felt the feeling of being unwelcomed. The lady at the front who greeted me asked if I needed anything and she led the way to what I was looking for. Then told me thats the only spot they had it in and asked if I wanted to buy it. But I knew they had more areas in the store. She stood there as if I had to make a decision on that product right then. I walked out without purchasing anything because I will not support any establishment that treats me like I'm not welcomed.

I love ulta but this isn’t my favorite one. I seem to always get ignored in this one, and they don’t have the full selection that the other Ilya’s have. Ulta is my favorite beauty store just not this one.

My wife could spend all day in this place and not be any happier. They have everything a woman could possibly want or need in cosmetics. Friendly and helpful staff always greet you upon entering.

Unfortunately, in my city, we don't have an Ulta, so I always have to drive a little over an hour to get to the closest one. This was only my third time being in an Ulta (which is sad because I LOVE ULTA), but I had an amazing experience. Every single staff member greeted us and asked if we needed help finding anything or asked us how we were doing. That's so cool! They were so friendly and extremely helpful! The staff was amazing and honestly, because of that alone, this will be my go-to location. Great selection of makeup and reasonable prices. The store is very clean and they offer awesome services, including skin care and hair. I had a wonderful time here!

The advertised free gifts with purchase are not being honored. This just happened to me again, the associates are not aware of what's being advertised both in the add and with signs in the store, and then unapologetically tell you they can't honor the purchase as advertised.
