The wigs mostly feel thin and cheap, but the prices are low so you get what you pay for. There are a lot of hair and jewelry options, but the store is tightly packed and claustrophobic. The staff was helpful and helped me find what I was looking for.The staff had thick accents and some slightly broken English, but were patient and helped me understand what they were saying. It seemed like the store mainly had synthetic hair with styles for black women and the costumers gave me some dirty looks when I looked at the black curly wigs. However, that was not the staff's fault. 3/5 it was ok but probably won't go again Also they charge you 1$ to buy a one use with cap to try on wigs.

Whenever I go to stock up on the hair necessities, I find just what I need, and staff is always friendly and helpful. If I have my kids with me amd they get restless, employees bring them a lollipop and a smile. Very much appreciaited, and will keep my business!

I would NOT even rate this one star! Over crowded and they won’t Let u look at front lace wigs without an employee but they Will not help you! You can’t even move around . This is a horrible store

Returns policy sucks! Always thinking that people are stealing. Some of us do pay for what we need. On the the positive, has a lot to choose from, with nice prices. Maybe the have bad loss prevention. Truth.....
