The lady was super nice and fun! Found what I was looking for pretty easily. I even asked her opinion on the liquid eyeliner because I’ve been having trouble finding a brand I liked, she was informative and told me about the 60 day return policy if I wasn’t satisfied! My favorite beauty brands!

It's been 3 weeks since they said they shipped my order.  I've contacted the company twice.  They said they are waiting on a backordered product.  No communication unless I initiate it.  At this point I'm going to try to get a refund.  The worst customer service I've had in a very long time.  I should have read the reviews first.
