Older woman with long red hair; lacking some serious people skills. Gets in your face the second you enter and does not honor the clear return poliocy on the back of the receipts, therefore losing a cash cow customer today! Good job! Yet another Sallys I will not go back to (& I go there a lot). Customer service over cash people, seriously. I will be yet again going out of my way to Somersworth. Biddeford's staff needs help too. (:
