4-9-18. Went to return a product the very next day after my hairdresser told me to wait a few months before I use it. The store employee didn't smile, say anything to me, and I seemed to be a pain in her side to do this return. The back of the receipt says they will "happily" refund my money. They obviously don't like working there. It shows.

They do have a decent selection of hair products, but there is always one or two employees that act like they are above you. If you're not willing to be helpful to your customers, you need another job.

Rude staff, they're usually laughing in the back and not at the register you'll be waiting there normally for 5 minutes and then they notice you even though its a small store. Sallys quality of service isn't on par with service in Houston or even other big cities. If you're used to bad service then I imagine you'd be content.

I love to shop here for my nail polish, I like to take my own polish with me when I go to the nail salon for tips and fill ins because I always manage to smudge at least 1 or 2 nails between the salon and home, so I can fix them myself.

Sally's of Statesboro isn't good at all! They always sell you the wrong thing! Everytime I go in there they sale me the wrong thing and assure me they know what they are talking about or they wouldn't work there and then it messes my hair up and then when you speak to them about this issue they don't care at all! They are very rude about it as well when you go and bring it up to them! I personally will not be giving them anymore business. If you aren't sure of something just say that don't assure me you know what you are talking about when you don't!
