I called this store looking for a specific hair product I had the color, brand name, and I was very specific about wanting this product in permanent. The employees said yes we have what you are looking for. I get to the store after driving through 2 counties and the product they had on hold was not the right color was not the right brand and was not permanent. Very disappointed. Very unhappy with this store.

I went in to find hair dye, the employee was very helpful in telling me what I'd need to get the color I desired, and she was right I got the color I wanted

This is my go to place; why?! When I want to make believe that I am a professional hairstylist Sally's allows me to live out that fantasy bc they are my one-stop place for salon quality products that cannot be found at any other location.
