This is my favorite store. I am always changing my hair color and all the associate's are so helpful. Rochelle is my absolute favorite and is always looking to give me the best for my hair to keep it looking healthy and nourished. ❤

Very rude staff after the KNOW IT ALL manager gave me bad advise and my hair turned orange instead of blonde. The African American manager insulted me by saying I was ignorant and I messed up my hair cause I am not a professional, then was taken back after I told her how long I had my license. Just like everything in Albany WORTHLESS!
