Older lady with thinning dreads was very rude and nasty.  I thought I left her at the deans bridge location but her nice nasty personality is on bobby jones. Not happy

horrible! went to get some lightener & the women told us this stuff would be great . I wanted light BROWN . And I didn't leave this stuff in long & it turned A YELLOW BROWN!!! never going back! She didn't know what she was doing . I'm so mad! my hair looks awful!
