a woman named storm helped me with color a few days ago, i asked her for a medium brown and she gave me the bottles of dye saying it would be the right color and i dyed my hair that color and it came out black like dark black. then my highlights turned yellow because of how dark the color was. then when i went back because a woman had already promised me a refund the woman who gave me the wrong color told me to wash it that it needed to be wash that’s why it was dark. yet the woman i spoke to told me that that woman wasn’t supposed to be helping with color at all because she doesn’t know what she’s doing. in my opinion storm doesn’t deserve a job if she’s going to give people false information then not own up to her mistakes.
