THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN ANY STORE The female with short dark hair stalks you around the store as if you're going to steal. Huffs and puffs if you need to get into an isle she's stocking. It's incredibly uncomfortable. She acts like a child stomping her feet and stands over me as If I'm the hugest inconvenience, even though I've asked politely for a little breathing room. Every visit has been like this when she is there and I always leave the store upset, except when someone else is working, then I;m able to have a nice polite conversation and ask questions that i need to ask. I've never encountered such poor customer service in my ENTIRE LIFE. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm shopping on Amazon from now on. The manager should retire if she hates her job and all of her customers that much. Her advice is null and void. I would recommend shopping at walmart or online if you want easy breezy and proper customer service, otherwise be prepared for an unpleasant and rude experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!I️ went in to Sally to find a toner that would help lighten the ends of my hair to a more silver tone (toner changes shades not the overall color). When I️ went in I️ asked one of the employees to help me find a toner that would best suit me. After she gave me what she thought would be best, she recommended an intensifier that would give me the white ice look I️ wanted. So, of course I️ wanted them if it was going to help with getting the right shade. I️ went home that night AND MY HAIR IS NOW BLUE. I️ proceeded to call them the next day and not one time out of the 5 times did they answer so I️ called costumer service. They said they were gonna give them a call and see if theyd picked up AND GUESS WHO DECIDES TO ANSWER THE PHONE FINALLY. So I️ went down there and got to talk to the one guy that works there and the manager who’s name is Wendy. Well first the guy tried to tell me It was my fault because I️ didn’t read the instruction to see how much I️ should have put in my hair so he grabs The package and tries to find where It says how many drops..HE DOESNT then says “yeah well you should have only put in a couple drops” and how am I️ suppose to know that when not only did the instructions not say anything but the lady who recommended them said nothing as well?????????? Then the manager tells me they can only refund my $8 and couldn’t help me otherwise and when I️ got frustrated and asked for an explaination wendy proceeds to tell me “well I️ can’t give you money out of my own pocket” well thank you so much but if you are curious I️ now ,AS A COLLEGE STUDENT WHO DOESNT HAVE MUCH, have to go pay a lot more to fix this mess or just live with the blue hair(which I️ can’t have for my job) the only one who has any idea what they are talking about is the guy but they all have the worst attitudes I️ have ever seen. Wendy has no idea what she is doing and had to ask her employees questions about what to do and is suppose to be the manager. SO PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND LISTEN TO NOTHING THEy HAVE TO SAY!! If you need something from there make sure you know what you need before hand because they quite possibily might mess your hair up as well.(:

THE GUY WAS HELPFUL SUPER NICE ! BUT THE LADY WAS HATEFUL ! SHE ACTED IF I WAS A BOTHER TO HER THEN SHE JUST STOOD LOOKIN AT ME AND DAUGHTER AND WHEN I CAUGHT HER JUST STANDING THERE I SAID SOMETHING AND SHE SAID OH I WAS JUST SEEING IF MY DAUGHTER'S SHOES WERE CHUCK TAYLOR'S YEA RIGHT ! APPARENTLY, SHE THOUGHT WE WAS STEALING CUZ SHE FOLLOWED US AROUND STORE AT CHECK OUT ,SHE WAS RUDE AND GOT BOTHERED CAUSE I PUT SOME ITEMS BACK ,SO SHE GOT MAD At THAT! AND HER PHONE RANG AND SHE LOOK AT IN FEONT OF ME AND CUSTOMER AND SAID IM NOT ANSWERING THAT IT'S WALMART !!WOW! OVERALL EXPERIENCE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE ,LIKE I SAID THE GUY WAS VERY NICE SHE SHOULD LEARN FROM HIM HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!

It's good for grabbing items you need when them but I'm not a fan of the employees giving very poor advice on what people should put on their hair to color, perm, bleach or relax their hair. I've seen a lot of people end up with major damage by their advice.
