Sally Beauty

A couple days before Halloween I walked into Sally's looking for some temporary hair color. I was quickly greeted by a wonderful woman named Shirley! Shirley went out of her way to go over the different options, how much I would need of each, and she even tested multiple ones on strands of my hair for me so I could see which one would best fit my needs! This may seem like a small detail, but being in the hospitality industry myself, Shirley's effort is the reason I will continue to shop at Sally's Beauty off of white bridge.

There is a really bitchy red-headed manager here. After the condescending way she spoke to me at the register, I walked out. No 50 year old woman should take that from a 20-something little snot.

Went into the store and cashiers sitting down not doing anything shelf wasn’t stocked with product and was told there was some in the back but they didn’t have to put it out just yet. Poor customer service

Horrible customer service. A friend and I with her little girl went in to get products for our hair. We spent almost $100. My friends daughter picked up a brush and started using it, but we both corrected her saying you can't use other people's brushes. Anyways management an older woman saw this and also scolded my friends daughter. I told her that we have her under control. Then she watched us like we are thieves. I'm covered in tattoos and I even told the woman that she was acting disrespectful. I refuse to shop here. I go to Bellevue location now.
