I love Sally's they always have a sale and have good prices. They have wonderful customer service! Don't be afraid to ask questions.

I came to this hair store today. I wanted to get some hair colors for me and my sister. There were two girls. I asked one of them to come help me she said I’ll be there in a minute I waited like five minutes she never came she was fixing some stupid papers were it says buy one get one free she was sticking those papers on the window she could have done that later! Or the other girl could have help me ! And they were slow no one was in the store except me and my sister but they never helped us and when we walked out they just looked at us didn’t say anything!! 👎

Went into Sally's for nail polish. Having to hear the young girls conversations about hair and prom, I asked one of them for help with an acrylic powder kit not on the shelf. One young lady offered to go in the back to see if they had more, while the other(under her breath while walking away) suggested I get one of the others they did have on the shelf. Will if I wanted one of the others I wouldn't have asked for help. Here's some help for you blondie for your prom....tone down the makeup and color your hair back to brown. I will continue to go in the store but will not ask for help.
