The woman who runs this and the reno store gossips about her customers with her wokers. It is extremely unprofessional and childish to sit behind the counter stating whom you like and don't like as they walk in. I will be taking my wife up to other stores from now on. Since you don't like many of your customers, we can just take our money elsewhere. I honestly can't imagine many people really enjoy shopping here. The staff acts like it's an issue to provide some quick advice and these stores are too small and cramped to casually shop when we have extra money to spend on my wife's hobbies. And the sallys card does not save you much money anymore. I wish honestly, I didn't even have to give one star.

I just wish they provided a wider AA selection... Gets frustrating to go to a beauty supply store that refuses to provide products for ALL ethnic groups.

Poor service. Asked for help and was passed over for them to go help other customers. Finally left after 15 minutes of being ignored.
