Worst costumer service ever. Trying to find my hair dye and they can’t even let you in to pick your color . they first off messed up over 100 dllrs of my order I couldn’t get a refund so they gave me a gift card now I’m coming to use my gift card and I can’t even pick my product. Over all the girls were rude. Far from helping people they won’t. Honestly I understand costumer service but once they are rude you’ve lost me there. Never again. When I arrived at the store l tonight 15 min before they close so I patiently waited outside for about 3..4 minutes or so. the girl that opened the door with pink hair asked if I knew what I wanted … ummm no I need to pick my hair supplies … was rudely greeted by another employee that said “Do you know what you want because we’re closing soon and when it gets dark we don’t let no one in! Then the 3rd employee comes in and continues the rudeness ” Very discourteous employees and a great way to lose business , especially since she saw that we were standing outside in line to come in when it was our turn. I will find a new company or online services to purchase all of my salon supplies from here forward because of her! I have done over 15 years of business with Sally’s and never been treated so poorly but she left a very sour last impression for the company. I need someone to contact me.
The customer service is great and the merchandise the have its pretty good the only thing is the place its very reduced we badly feat in the hallways
I walked in no one greeted me nothing even tho there were 3 girls upfront the manager was even at the door as if she was a security officer. Not once did anyone offer any type of assistance! Also the store was not properly stocked they had a lot of emptiness on the shelf’s and looked messy, they had no individual gloves for sale I had to buy a whole box! After checking out no have a good day or anything really unprofessional! This store and the one on Las Estancias are my go too but I’ll be going to a different location from now on.
Very organized and everything was stocked with lots of selections ! Loved the new look and atmosphere ! Peaceful and fun shopping with great customer service !
Worst experience ever I own my own barbershop spent over 10 thousand on Johnny b products last year for my shop in Los lunas thy treat me wonderful n Los lunas but had to stop here at Sally's on coors n central worst experience ever girls where so judgemental followed me around the store n even called security to stand at front door I noticed as I walked out will never give that store my business again...
When I arrived at the store last night I was unaware they were closing shortly, the city mandate of people allowed inside was already passed capacity more than allowed were already inside so I patiently waited outside for about seven minutes or so. When I entered the store I was rudely greeted by an employee that said “Do you know what you want because we’re closing in about one minute! ” then she flipped her hair and walked off. I thought that was rude, discourteous and a great way to lose business , especially since she saw that we were standing outside in line to come in when it was our turn. I will find a new company or online services to purchase all of my salon supplies from here forward because of her! I have done over 25 years of business with Sally’s and never been treated so poorly but she left a very sour last impression for the company.
Kat, let me tell you. I went to walmart 3 times this week to find this special shampoo for hair die and everytime I went they never had it. So I came here and the associate named Kat didnt have it in stock, but she went out of her way to call other salleys to hold it for me. She found one and they said they will save it for me. Thanks so much Kat!! Hey Salleys....give Kat a raise she deserves it. Not to many people anymore give customer service like that, but she did!!!
The employees are very sweet and very helpful. The building is clean. The isles are a bit small for a big girl like me but I can get around in them. But yeah very friendly oh the only scary thing is there's homeless people and I know it's not sallys fault but they're just hanging around. Just be safe everyone.
Why don't you have a manager or store owner responding to these reviews? People have been saying they have terrible service there for 2 years now, and to not respond or even acknowledge looks really bad. I personally haven't had the issues that many people have talked about. The customer service has been pretty good. I think you just have one "bad apple". And closing early, I've definitely seen that more than once. Not a bad location, most staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!
The new store manager Cat is an awesome asset to this place! She is very knowledgeable about products and really cares about customers needs. Her staff is even giving more customer service than when I shopped here before. I live in Belen and will continue to travel to this location! Great job Sally’s for actually hiring someone who cares about customers needs and knows about the products.
