Samuelson's Buyers

I worked with Allie over at the office in Chevy Chase and she is a very knowledgeable gemologist. What people don't know is that jewelry has a terrible resale value. Allie helped me to set reasonable expectations and I did some research online. Her estimate was in the price range I had come up with. I highly recommend Allie and Samuelson's Buyers.

I contact Samuelson and sent in a picture of my ring, " yes we would like to make you an offer can we schedule you an appointment ". I came in with a $10000.00 ring bought from Jared Jewelry in Virgina Beach to sell. The appraiser had nothing positive to say about the ring, ie " not everybody would like this style", " it can't be sized" and he went on. He then makes a call and offer me $1000.00. Going back to Jared!!!!

I had a great experience. I felt comfortable and welcomed the whole time. I met with Allie Lopato at the DC branch. She was very professional and knowledgeable about my diamonds. She gave me a very reasonable offer which I accepted. If you have jewelry you need to sell give Samuelson’s a try and if you run into Allie you’ll get treated fairly.

Excellent customer service and owner willing to negotiate price, based on prior offer from a different jeweler. Allie was very easy to work with, precise, friendly and open. Owner was warm and welcoming. Would return for a purchase.
