Sandwich Express

Unfortunately I can't say many good things about this restaurant. While the food is sometimes tasty, the staff is poorly trained in customer service, cleanliness and promptly delivering your correctly made order. The owner is rude to those who are there to support HIS business and can never seem to muster up a genuine smile for his customers. I personally have tried to support his business and have a strong love for staying supportive in general for our small town businesses but it's to the point that I feel as though I'm wasting my time and money just to get treated disrespectfully and eat poorly made food in a less than clean environment. I'm saddened at the thought that my kids and I can no longer enjoy our outings there, as they love the train. I Just don't want them in that type of establishment. I hope things change for the better.

We really enjoy eating at Sandwich Express! We love that we have great options even for our Granddaughter that has Celiac disease! It's really affordable, the staff is very pleasant and helpful and who can resist watching the train chugging around the dining room? And the fry sauce is the absolute best!

The young man who rang up our order was very polite and apologized for being out of the bread we wanted and and the fact they had no tomatoes. No problem. We chose a different bread which turned out to be tastier than the one we usually chose, and the sandwich was delicious even without the tomato. Service was fast. The fries were hot and delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I love the sandwiches here. They come loaded and warm, and the bread is amazing. No complaints at all that I can think of for this sandwich place.

The people/servers were really helpful a them a try.nd even the customers help me get my wife, who is in a wheelchair, in the door. The seating was comfortable and the sandwiches were awesome. The prices were pretty normal. I'll recommend my friends to stop and give it a try.
