Lardo

Delicious! Busy, but fairly quick. Great selection of beer and cocktails. Unique sandwich construction/flavor combos that are AMAZING AND YUMMY! If you're bored with the everyday sandwich shop and want a taste of originality, then make a visit to your closest Lardo! I wrote this review on my first visit!

Quick service. Easy to order and run out the door. I really really enjoyed the meatball Bahn mi. Didn’t care as much for the Lardo Fries - heavy rosemary. Overall would definitely return! Atmosphere was simple, clean, and modern.

The location of Lardo is excellent; easy walking from any downtown Portland property. The feel is a nice mixture of southern BBQ and hipster Portland, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The pricing was typical of a counter-order, table dining establishment. The service wasn't the friendliest I experienced in Portland, but the food was prepared quickly and was delicious. I recommend the Lardo fries and the hush puppies! - As a side note, there are a number of tables set up near the window that would be perfect for reading a book or working on your laptop while enjoying a meal.

Food is exemplary. Great, friendly faces serving. They are happy to help. And the girl working the register was beautiful. A+ establishment

Kimchi pork sandwich is my favorite: spicy, lots of flavor, and filling. The dirty fries are fantastic most of the time: occasionally they don't put in enough pork. Not an everyday type place; your heart can't handle it. But amazing periodically.
