Potbelly Sandwich shop is a must visit for sure! They have great toasted sandwiches and are better than their competitors when giving you meat and veggies. I would recommend 10/10. Their employees were the best at the one downtown Portland next to Keller. Even though they were closing they still served us without any lip! Awesome employees thank you!

We ordered online and picked up, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, and the sandwiches tasted fresh and delicious! We will definitely be ordering from here again the next time we are near one!

The manager during lunch at the 222 SW Columbia potbelly is like the soup nazi from Seinfeld.  Not friendly and warm at all in personality and wants to nickel and dime on every single substitution and charge.  I would recommend customer service training.  Also, the food is mediocre.  It’s best aspect is convenience because it’s in our office building.
