Stacked Sandwich Shop

Always amazing..... Best sandwich shop in town, by far. Girl behind counter, with the super cute smile, was awesome. It was my buddies birthday and before noon, so way before happy hour. She lettuce get an order of the delicious turkey skins so he could try them. He said, best birthday lunch ever. Thanks Gabe and staff you guys rule.

This place is excellent. The quality of ingredients is top notch, the sandwiches (so far the burger, cubano and lamb) have all been delicious. Their 5 cheese Mac is also thick and lovely. I haven’t tried the cocktails here yet. This place suits me very well since my palate is on the rich side and I don’t mind paying a couple extra bucks for quality. Especially when I don’t have to wait, the crowds haven’t managed to find this place yet. I understand this place won’t be for everyone. The prices are a notch above what most will consider a bargain, and the portions, though perfectly reasonable in my opinion, are not overly generous (sandwiches are a la carte). My hope is they just keep doing what they’re doing, and those who appreciate high quality without the fussiness of a sit down restaurant can keep coming here to avoid the tourists.

Amazing sandwiches but at the price I wouldn't consider this place a good value. The sandwiches are average size. I wouldn't mind paying 14 dollars for one if it came with a side but on it's own I felt underwhelmed. Over 40 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 bottles of beer is pretty steep.

The food is definitely worth more than 3 stars. I have only been here once and ad the oxtail french dip, which was outstanding. The reason I gave this place 3 stars was because of the quantity of food. If a sandwich at lunch is going to run 13.50, I would expect either a larger sandwich or a side. Just not enough food. I will be back and look forward to trying other sandwiches. Good staff and environment otherwise.

I hate that I have to give 3 stars, because my sandwich was good (I had the cubano)... your typical Cubano but with horseradish (which actually kind of overbearing and ruined what I was expecting for taste). The real reason I am giving 3 stars is that I paid $12.50 for this very average, if not small, sized sandwich... with no chips or sides of any sort! It came out on a giant plate with my little sandwich in the middle and a sad (warm) pickle next to it. So, was the sandwich good? Yeah, it was pretty good. But it was NOT $12.50 good!
