Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Great food and service as always. Was pleasantly surprised to a few new items on the menu; while I stuck with usual sandwich, the macaroni & cheese was fantastic! Prices are comparable to other local sub shops, with the addition of shakes/smoothies, variety of soups (LOVE the broccoli cheddar! ), cookies, and canned/bottled drinks; think "gourmet Subway". Staff is always patient & friendly, explaining anything that you have questions about. Great place to grab lunch if you're in the Pioneer Square area when it's time to eat. Sorry, no pictures since I was on a quick break & didn't think to take some this time.

Great place for a quick lunch. Very busy during the lunch hour, but the staff works like a well oiled machine and the line moves quick. I had the hot turkey with Swiss. Get the spicy pepper spread. You won't be disappointed. Prices are reasonable.

Excellent sandwich. Entire crew went above and beyond to serve me well. Made me fresh meatballs for my sandwich, even came out to my table to check on how my meal was. Five stars.

The employees here are always SO friendly. It's an absolute joy to come here and get a sandwich from such inviting, kind, and happy people. Plus good food!

Good food, friendly service. I would definitely return to try other sandwiches. It was my first time there and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, portion, and prices. My sandwich was good, but I would order a different one next time
