Tried their Mediterranean Chicken flat bread sandwich and it was amazing, an appropriate meal for a red-eye. I have also had their Turkey burger but the Mediterranean sandwich is way better. Also, it is more economical as compared to other options available.

4 star for consistently good food, 5 star for their customer service. Been there many times at different times of day, and has consistently friendly and easy-to-deal-with staff. I wish they had GF bread for their sandwiches.

I just started being vegan.  Had their mushroom and cheese sandwich ( minus the cheese).  Split the 6 inch with my girlfriend. We liked it so much that we went back and got a second sandwich to eat on  the airplane.  Wish there was a potbelly's in san diego!!!.  Great sandwich shop.  I saw that their rolls came in bags, but it tasted fresher than the bread at Subway.  They made a simple toasted mushroom sandwich with lettuce, tomato, red onion, mustard and those yellow peppers and it tasted wonderful!!!

Worst oatmeal I ever had. Bitter coffee and the clerk was dumb. I would recommend you stay away. I guess there's a good reason the line was short
